What happens after I submit a nomination?
You will be sent a questionaire from our researchers which you must complete and return by the Friday 18th July. This along with other supplementary information that either our judges request of that our reshearchers feel will be of use, will be considered by the judging pannel who will meet on Friday 8th August.

As part of the judging session, our experts will select 3 finalists in each of the categories, all of whom will be contacted on the w/c 11th August. At the event one winner, from these 3 finalists, will be announced for each category.

Is there a deadline for booking tickets?
Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and as demand for this event is extremely high it is advisable to return your booking form as soon as possible.

How do I purchase tickets?

Invoices can be issued for payment or credit card bookings can be taken over the phone. Please note that FULL payment must be made no later than 3 weeks before the event. Failure to do so may result in your table being cancelled.

Where will I be seated?
All seating will be within the Grand Ballroom. Single ticket holders will be seated at the discretion of Insider Events (single ticket holders from the same organisation will be seated at the same table). For those organisations that book more than one table, Insider Events will try to ensure that their tables will be situated together.

What should I wear?
Black Tie/Highland Dress/cocktail dress should be worn.

Where should I stay?
Overnight accommodation is NOT included in the ticket price. However, this can be arranged by contacting the hotel reservations desk direct. Please ensure that you quote Deals & Dealmakers to qualify for a reduced overnight rate.
