Award Categories
Judging for all 11 award categories is extremely thorough and will be carried out by an independent expert judging panel following the closing date. All award finalists will be posted onto the website the w/c 11th August 2008. Awards will be presented at the Awards Ceremony and Dinner at the Hilton Hotel, Glasgow on Wednesday 3rd September 2008.

Entry Criteria
Please enter your nominations for any or all of the following award categories. Deals concluded between 1st April 2007 and 31st March 2008 are eligible for nomination. You/Your nominee may be contacted by our researchers for further information to assist the judging panel.
Section 1 – Company Deals
These awards are intended to highlight and reward successful dealmaking in the categories shown.

Which Scottish headquartered company carried out the most successful and impressive sale in 2007/2008. |

MBO/MBI of the Year
Which management team based in Scotland succeeded in the best MBO or MBI. |

Flotation of the Year
Which was the most significant flotation in Scotland in the past 12 months? |
Section 2 – Company Excellence
These awards are designed to ensure that meritorious deals of all sizes are given appropriate recognition by the Scottish business community. You may nominate deals of any type but they must involve a company with a pre-deal turnover within the limit shown.
